Over 32 years of experience in complex Residential, Agricultural, and Single Tennant Commercial Real Estate Valuation and Property Management services. I founded Persohn & Associates with the goal of providing high quality Real Estate appraisal and property management services with a focus on exceptional customer service.
In addition to having a diverse background in Real Estate Appraisal and Property Management, I have spent much of the last 30 years working on the economic theory understand the rapidly changing Real Estate market and the contributory economic forces that affect valuations and the overall health of given markets, As the supervising member of the team, I work to educate the team and validate that when providing appraisal services, we provide the highest quality work product available.
